How does it work?
1) Step 1 - place your order
- decide which product you want
- add it to cart
- go to check-out
- fill out all the requested fiels, and please don't forget to put your receiving character's name so we can deliver the order quickly
- you'll be redirected to the payment processor's page (PayPal or Moneybookers)
- log in to your account with the payment processor and send us the payment.
2) Step 2 - check your email
- Check your email for messages from us which will tell you the estimated time of delivery. Or in some cases, we'll request to provide some additional information about your order.
- Or you may want to check your order status by contacting us on the live chat.
3) Step 3 - receive the items in game
- When your order is delivered, you'll see another message from our website engine to your email saying the order has been delivered to you. Message contains all details including solar system in which you pick up the items. This system is always in high-sec (except some specific items such as supercapital ships), and not farther then 3 jumps from Jita, or Jita itself.
Is buying ISK legal?
Buying any in game items for real money is a violation of the Eve Online EULA, and may lead to sanctions from CCP (confiscation of the purchased item, negative wallet balance, ban). Only purchasing Time Cards on the official Eve-Online website for real money is legal and does not violate any rules.
Why is buying from you safe for my account?
We are 99% sure that buying from us is safe for your account, which is based on the following:
a) We never sent ISK directly to your character's wallet. Such transactions are monitored by CCP and are persecuted immediately. We only send ISK equivalent in various materials which is way a safer way. (read below about how exactly deliveries are made).
b) We do not resell. We have our own farmers that produce all the necessary materials in game. So we are sure about where things come from.
c) We take all necessary and reasonable technical measures to keep our own accounts safe (and respectively yours, too).
How are ISK delivered to my character?
We will issue a personal contract in game with various highly liquid items (minerals, ships, drones etc.) to your character. You will have to accept the contract.
The items from the contract will be available in your assets in one of the stations around Jita solar system.
After you accept the contract, you'll have to sell the items from it to buy orders in the same station the contract was issued at, without refining and/or advanced options(!) - this means - just right-click on the received items and click "Sell" - that's it. In this way you'll receive exactly the amount of ISK you ordered. The market fee is included - you will always receive some more ISK which will cover the fee.
Jita - because it's the center of Empire. It's definitely the commercial center. That's why all our operations take place either in this system, or in systems that are only several jumps away from Jita.
Liquid items - the ones that are in high demand which means you'll sell all the items immediately, and will receive ISK.
This is the safest way of delivering ISK. If on some websites you receive ISK directly to your wallet or receive ISK simply put in a contract, we doubt that your account hasn't been banned or the ISK not taken off your wallet by GMs.
If there are too many jumps to reach to Jita with your main character, create a Caldari alt, and pick up your order with the alt - it will "be born" just 3 jumps away from Jita. Then just transfer ISK to the main's wallet - it's a safe transaction.
The whole procedure of selling the items and receiving ISK takes less time than you spent on reading this FAQ. Your account is safe instead.
Receiving ISK - step-by-step instructions with screenshots
Here is how the delivery of Eve ISK works:
1) Open your Contracts tab in Neocom to accept the contract that was issued to you.
2) Accept the contract with items.
3) Sell the received items in the same station to existing buy-orders.
4) Accept the price as it is. Do not use advanced options. Do not set a sell-order.
5) Also, do not reprocess the items. Sell them as they are.
6) That's it. You have the amount of ISK you ordered now.
NOTE: We will not use this method for large orders (for more than 10 bil. ISK). Direct (face-to-face) trade will be used instead.
How are ships, implants delivered to me?
All ships except for (super) capital ships are delivered through contracts. The same for any other items, including implants. You accept the contract and pick up the items in the station the contract was issued at.
How quickly will you deliver my order?
How are (super)capital ships delivered?
Ships of this type cannot be delivered at stations. They will be delivered in a low-sec system - in a safe-spot, by contract or using a 3rd Party Service. This depends on the ship you're buying. Contact us prior to placing your order and we'll send all the details. The time of delivery also varies depending on the type of ships - from 24 hours up to 7 days.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do. We offer accumulative discount which grows with each your purchase; we give out bonus coupons during promotions which you can use; and finally, we make discounts depending on the type of product (e.g. ISK, certain type of ships, implants etc.). almost every week - just check us out periodically ;)
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments by PayPal and MoneyBookers. Which means that we accept payments with bank cards, both credit and debit. These 2 payment systems have proven to be the leaders of payments processing market. They are fast, secure, reliable and comortable to use. And we slightly prefer MoneyBookers over PayPal as they are more progressive in anti-fraud prevention.
Note: If you prefer PayPal, please DO NOT place your order if your PayPal account is Unverified. We won't be able to deliver your order, we'll just refund the payment. Better use MoneyBookers or contact us to learn how to quickly verify your account.
Why do I have to confirm my order by email and phone?
Confirmation by email only means sending us a message from the email address associated with your payment account (the email address you use for your PayPal / MoneyBookers account). And when we call you we'll only ask you about what you are buying with us. These steps are necessary to protect us and the real account holder from frauds.
What is your policy on refunds / order cancellation?
Our policy is very simple and clear - if your order has NOT been delivered to you by the moment you contact us (by email or live-chat) with your cancellation / refund request, we'll cancel it. The money will be refunded to you in no longer then 24 hours.
Internet Explorer 8 issue
There is a known incompatibility of some parts of our CMS (content management system) with Internet Explorer 8. For instance, using IE8 you cannot successfully sign-up on the go when checking out.
To resolve this, just use any other web-browser (or at least any other version of IE). Links to download normal standard compliant browsers are below:
